Part 1: Terms & Conditions
By completing your purchase and downloading any product from LuxDeLoops (“Licensed Content”), you agree to the terms below. These terms apply to all sample packs, audio files, loops, stems, compositions, MIDI files, presets, and other digital content sold or distributed by LuxDeLoops.
1. Ownership
All Licensed Content remains the sole intellectual property of LuxDeLoops.
Purchasing a product provides the customer with a non-exclusive license to use the audio in their own musical productions. Customers do not obtain ownership of the individual samples themselves.
LuxDeLoops retains:

Copyright ownership
-
Original project files
-
Creation timestamps
-
Proof of ownership
-
All rights not expressly granted
2. Permitted Use – Creation of New Musical Works
Customers may use LuxDeLoops content in their own music releases, including commercial releases.
Requirement: All samples must be incorporated into new musical works that are meaningfully transformed — arranged, modified, or creatively integrated. Using samples “as-is” without alteration is not permitted.
3. Prohibited Use – Redistribution & Resale
Customers may not:
❌ Resell, share, trade, or upload raw samples
❌ Include samples in another sample pack
❌ Distribute or give away the samples as standalone content
❌ Market the samples as their own product
❌ Claim copyright of the original samples
Only completed musical works incorporating the samples into new creative compositions may be released or distributed.
4. Content ID, Fingerprinting & Rights Systems
Customers are strictly prohibited from uploading, registering, monetizing, or fingerprinting any LuxDeLoops content in:

YouTube Content ID
-
Facebook Rights Manager
-
TikTok Rights Management
-
Audible Magic
-
SoundExchange
-
DistroKid, TuneCore, or similar systems
-
Any automated copyright or monetization platform
Violating this rule may result in DMCA takedowns, license termination, and legal action. This policy protects other customers and the integrity of the catalog.
5. Protection Against Unauthorized Claims
If a third party attempts to claim LuxDeLoops content, LuxDeLoops will:

Challenge the claim

Provide proof of ownership
-
Assist affected customers in resolving disputes
Customers may be asked to provide proof of purchase or relevant links.
6. No Liability for Third-Party Systems
LuxDeLoops is not responsible for automated enforcement by third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Facebook, distributors, etc.) or for any resulting delays, blocks, or claims.
7. Refund Policy
All digital product sales are final; no refunds.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate Illinois courts.
9. Acceptance
By purchasing and checking the acceptance box at checkout, the customer confirms they:

Part 2: End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Grant of License
LuxDeLoops grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Licensed Content in musical productions. Ownership of the original audio remains with LuxDeLoops.
2. Permitted Use
Customers may:
✔ Incorporate samples into new musical works that are meaningfully transformed
✔ Release music commercially or non-commercially
✔ Distribute tracks on streaming platforms, radio, social media, and live performances
✔ Modify, arrange, or creatively process the Licensed Content
3. Prohibited Use
Customers may not:
❌ Resell, redistribute, or share raw samples
❌ Include samples in other sample packs
❌ Upload samples to Content ID or similar systems
❌ Claim ownership of the samples themselves
❌ Market samples as standalone products
4. Content Transformation Requirement
Samples must be meaningfully altered, rearranged, or integrated into new musical works. Using samples “as-is” for public distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Enforcement & Violations
Violating the EULA may result in:

License termination without refund

DMCA takedown requests
-
Legal action for damages
-
Removal of unauthorized Content ID claims by LuxDeLoops
6. Protection Against Unauthorized Claims
If a third party claims LuxDeLoops content, LuxDeLoops will provide proof of ownership and assist in resolving disputes. Customers must provide proof of purchase and relevant links if requested.
7. Limitation of Liability
LuxDeLoops is not responsible for automated copyright enforcement by third-party platforms or distributors, including Content ID claims, monetization, blocks, or delays.
8. Refund Policy
All digital product sales are final; no refunds after download.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Illinois, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Illinois.
10. Acceptance
By downloading or using the Licensed Content, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this EULA, including:

The requirement to transform samples into new works

The prohibition against uploading to Content ID or similar systems

That LuxDeLoops retains ownership of all content
